BUT....MDMA and mescaline are both phenylthalamines (sp?) however the
effects of mescaline are much more similar to LSD and psilocybin, which
are both tryptamines. it is important to remember that a chemical's
classification and composition do NOT necessarily correspend with its
effects.

it is also important to remember that all psychedelics have very high
suceptibility to suggestion, that is their effects are largely dependent
on a number of variable factors, primary of which is the user's
expectations.
