!!! Tod H. Mikuriya Comments on Greenfield's "Science"

Baroness Professor of Neurosurgery Susan Greenfield's writings reflect a
singular absence of clinical reality and the potential for abuse of the
academic process. Her prohibition biased driven selective citation of
laboratory studies and specious extrapolations and causality resemble
research procesesses described in Gullivers Travels Grand Academy at Lagado,
College of Laputa.

Cannabis has been intensively studied scientifically since the massive
Indian Hemp Drugs Commission 1893 - 1895. These definitive findings were
categorically ignored. The prohibitionist social and techno mythology
reflects a zealotry and ethical inadequacy that enables this dysfunctional
science and cloak of respectability. The institutions represented through
her affiliations will suffer- appropriately- by diminution in their stature
for not repudiating these unsubstantiated notions that were, no doubt,
bereft of peer review by the publications. But the wild fantasies enabled by
the system bring discredit and stimulate stereotypy of science with "ivory
tower", "absent minded professor", and "woolgathering". It is hoped that
the institutions of Baroness and Professor of Neurosurgery will review these
works and give them the attention deserved.
