Why grapefruit juice in particular? Does this have something to do
with the ability of naringin to inhibit the drug-metabolizing enzyme
CYP3A4? Why would that be good?

"Taking care of" in what way? Does this have something to do with
amino acid precursors for DA and ACh? I've never heard it claimed
that LSD depletes the pool of DA, ACh, or their precursors.
