MAPS: re: clear ups
For MDMA about a liter of water or grapefruit juice is optimal for
approximately 6 hours unless you are engaged in vigorous exercise (dancing
or hiking). A multivitamin and some calcium also helps.
For LSD between 1 and 2 liters of same is optimal. Don't let the seeming
acidity of the grapefruit juice make you wary, the mitochondria in your
liver and brain will thank you. Bananas and oranges are the perfect meal if
you get hungry, taking care of your dopamine and acetycholine networks...
LSD and MDMA are not toys! nor are they another 'high'; they demands
rigorous preparation and a willingness to deal with learning as you've never
learned before...
