I had occasion to inspect an up-to-date copy of the law in December, and
sadly, 2cb (Nexus) is listed along with all the other usual suspects (LSD,
cocaine, DMT heroin etc). My lawyer tells me that this occurred within the
last year and a half.

At some later date I will have a copy of the up-to-date legislation, and
will then try to OCR and put it on the web.
