Does anyone here have any knowledge of recreational use of
Amantadine (HCl)? Know of any journal articles where its
recreational use has been discussed?
It is used as an antiviral agent and a Parkinson's treatment
but it is also a NMDA antagonist (it's mentioned in William White's essay on
potential brain damage from dissociatives).
It also apparently has effects on the dopamine and adrenal systems. Specifically, can anyone compare its NMDA antagonistic effects to DXM and/or ketamine? |
