MAPS: prescription drug interactions with psychedelics

Could someone recommend a good information source for prescription drug
interactions with psychedelics, generally?

As moderator, I get posts asking this question in one form or another
almost every day. This is an important public safety issue, but I often
have to bounce the message back to the author because of guideline (2).
