Cannabinoids are not soluble in water at all, but what happens is that the
water cools them in their vapour phase and then they CONDENSE out as oily
droplets, immiscible but nonetheless trapped. As such, there would be no
"saturation" and they would continue to condense out all through the
ceremony. Or medicinal session. Or whatever...
