Progress Report Winter 1999: Follow-up study of Bastiaans' LSD Therapy

A financial contribution from MAPS has opened the opportunity to conduct a preliminary study among clients who participated in LSD-assisted therapy with the Dutch psychiatrist Jan Bastiaans (see MAPS Bulletin, VIII (1), p.21; 1998).

MAPS Winter 1999: Ketamine and MDMA Research Updates
So far, Dr. Evgeny Krupitsky's research team has treated 68 heroin addicts as part of a three-year study of ketamine psychotherapy (KPT).

Psychoactivity Conference Report

MAPS Annual Report: Fiscal Year 1997-98

Fiscal Year June 1, 1997 -- May 31, 1998 (FY 97-98) was a strong year for MAPS with a combination of important accomplishments and, not unexpectedly, some difficult struggles and set-backs. Financially, MAPS' budget grew 15% from FY 96-97, permitting it to support a wide variety of projects.
